He came from foster care, moved between families, and still managed to put himself through Harvard business school and ultimately build something extraordinary. And second is his management style. He talks about being there 7am to 7pm, five days a week when he first bought the company. People online love to sell “passive income.” Sometimes it exists. But generally building something great requires presence. #buyabusiness #acquisition
