Ask your Dr., Skin tags are harmless, soft, small, flesh-colored, or pigmented, flappy growths attached to the skin by a stalk. They are NOT warts; while both are benign, skin tags are smooth and non-contagious, whereas warts are caused by a virus are rough/hard, and contagious.
