Run 5w40 if you beating on your car it maintains oil pressure a lot better , if your a normal driving person just use the manufacturer recommendation

0w-20 you might as well put water in ur engine. Low viscosity oil is mainly for emissions and mpg’s. XW-30 or -40 is best for lubrication and protecting specially if you drive a high performance engine that gets really hot

Thicker oil in a gen 1 B58 specifically can cause the plastic oil pump to break

Seen several videos about people running 40 weight oils in the B58 and destroying the oil pumps. Wouldn't go beyond a 30 weight exactly for that reason.
