Try 186 weeks 🤣 but for the first two year I did Invisalign and got pregnant and sucked at keeping them in so I switched to braces in June of 2025 and my last appointment they said I was almost done !!

Certain color power chains are stronger than others. So a clear power chain is most likely stronger than if they would’ve done a light blue power chain

I love seeing your weekly updates. I'm currently 21 weeks in with braces. My next appt in 3 weeks I'll be getting power chains and elastics...which I'm terrified for. I'm thinking I want baby blue now that I've seen yours 😍
