@danikpoyi: Makoko is not just a place. It is people, memories, work, and culture. I went to Makoko and saw homes falling. Families crying. They were told the demolition would stop. It didn’t. The machines came back. This is not just about buildings. It’s about dignity. It’s about who gets protected and who gets erased. #Makoko #MakokoDemolition #MakokoLivesMatter #SaveMakoko #makokostories #MakokoVoices #MakokoPeople #makokou #MakokoDemolition #SaveMakoko #MakokoVoices #MakokoStory #StopDemolition #ForcedEviction #HomesNotRubble #JusticeForMakoko #HumanRights #UrbanReality #LagosLife #NaijaTikTok #NigeriaStories #AfricaStories #FYP #ForYou #ForYouPage #ViralVideo #TrendingNow #StoryTime #DocumentaryTok #RealLifeStories #VoicesThatMatter

I’m not understand why people keep having children in an environment like that I can see having one maybe two but several children seems a little bit wrong to me🤷‍♂️

Living conditions were extremely bad but I wish the government implemented a plan for rehousing before demolition along with allowing them to gather their belongings & kids before demolition. praying for the community 🙏
