Terrace is sooo nice with dogs though so you can put some grass down and just “let them out” vs constant walks and going all the way down and out!

okay i say the terrance because you could get a grass pad for quick potty trips for the doggies, just so you don't have to go alll the way downstairs just for a quick pee at 5 am😂
