I had a mirror recently, I just focused on the worker I could see! was really scared, but actually felt quite relaxed in there 😂

I get claustrophobic and ended up falling asleep in the scanner. As soon as I laid down, I closed my eyes, so never saw the mask going on, I focused only on breathing and I nodded off in the end.

I've had this done several times, you can ask for a small mirror to be attached to the front of the cage so you can see outside the tunnel, makes it so much more bearable.

I had one the other day for my brain.. I had to be medicated for it. I didn’t know I was so claustrophobic that they had to reschedule me for the wide one and medicate me. It’s done now though
