Good point. We should’ve been using masks long before coronavirus. They’ve been part of the culture in Japan for decades. For reasons just like this. She may be fragile in some ways, but she is truly priceless to you and to many of us. The world‘s rarely receives the kind of beautiful gift that she is.

I pray I'm not being rude saying this, but her whole being is beautiful, she eludes the energy of an angel. like it's as if you're in the presence of an angel. but what breaks my heart is this angel still feels the pains and struggles but doesn't express it the same as you and I do, so seeing the smile through it all even when she's going through it shows just how beautiful a soul she has. so pure and so bright. beautiful soul, beautiful momma and papa. y'all are amazing and so blessed.

Couldn’t agree more. I got the flu type A like two maybe more months ago and I cried during my illness. It was worse than covid. It’s apparently been going around too not to fear monger!

THIS! My oldest has autism and has been in and out of the ER multiple times because everytime his oxygen drops to the low 80s and his fever stays at 104. He's had to stay overnight at the hospital, if my husband or I or our youngest gets sick we leave him with my parents because its a big risk for him. Luckily my youngest doesn't get sick often because my oldest hates being away from him.

that's like what happened to me. I was a normal kid one day, got really sick and then it kickstarted my type 1 diabetes and then I got diagnosed with it

Unfortunately parents don’t get to just not send their kids to school over a sickness that is minor because we get threatened with cps, truancy, and court. There is a school district in Tenn that only allows 3 notes a semester that’s including a doctors note. So if you child has the flu and has a doctors note for a week off school. 3 days will be accepted and 2 will count as unexcused. The school board said they were teaching kids that not all sickness requires off time when you are older and work a job. I pray for your baby and no sickness.
