Cool so just throw parts at it until it works! Great job!

you can run relative compression test and give you idea if it's internal or not before you replace parts. also injectors will usually show fault if bad in fault data section

Just curious why you would wait a week when you could of just swapped injectors real quick and retested. saving the customer money and time

Just a life lesson I’ve learned is every misfire no matter if it’s a repeat repair compression test it. It’ll help down the line so you don’t waste time

relative compression text? before throwing parts? didn’t look at if maybe a injector was slow before u just went straight to throwing injectors at it and. run relative compression…find problem cylinder then scope it with cam

You didn’t do a cylinder contribution test first?

I always start with the Relative compression test!
Next check actual compression and then do a leak down test. Good luck !!💪👍

it's a cam and lifters, relative won't show it until the cam is wiped out. there's a TSB now

freeze frame/snapshot data should have O2S12 and O2S22 readings at time of fault for the misfires DTC. if the bank with the misfire indicates a richer condition on the secondary O2 sensor compared to the non faulting bank then it can give you an idea.. 1/2
