I’ve stopped fixing problems without being asked/told. The moment I was told I had a “bad attitude” (by management, not by my team) I stopped. I’m not going to overwork myself to get paid the least. 🤷🏻♀️give it to the higher paids who are doing half the work I am.

That happened to me. I stayed way too long. They nicknamed me The Angry Landscaper. I was stressed and became angry. They laughed in my face about it. I quit with zero notice. I started my own company. The Angry Landscaper, LLC. I made my website, I design, make the proposal, execute the work, invoice it, everything. I do it all by myself from start to finish. The most important part is that I am now happy.

That is exactly where I am right now. I dont care anymore. I stopped caring because they give me more jobs from other lazy coworkers. They give me multiple jobs and expect me to perform my best. Without any pay rise. So now I stopped caring and I dont care what they tell me. I simply dont care. Im here for the money and I will only perform based on what I am paid for. No more volunteering, working for free out of work hours. No more. I have had enough.
