You can use your discard to make pancakes, crackers, etc…. Or use for another starter. Keep your discard in the fridge.

My first loaf was underproofed. I took a pic and asked chat gpt for help. Told it exactly what I was doing, the temp in my house, the city I live in, etc. GIRL!!!! Helped me adjust my recipe and gave me so many good tips and a schedule of when to do things. I have so much confidence going into this next loaf!
