hey man im trying to do this because my wrist is currently injured but when i try it keeps sliping down to my wrist how did you keep the cuff in one place? Thanks

I think you should stop doing that and correct the movement, because it's not optimal, when you pull it you put more weight on your shoulder than your bicep.
