For all the ppl that feel bad for these kids.. Let's think about the facts.. They were THROWING ROCKS DIRECTLY AT A WALKING TRAIL, NOT A UNUSED AREA IN THE WOODS !! They KNEW PPL WERE DOWN THEIR WALKING !! Kids, family's, dogs, Ect.. They still made the decision to throw rocks down into A WALKING TRAIL !! If a group of kids went to a bridge, and started throwing and dropping rocks off the side while knowing that there's a road below and cars, bikes and ppl walking are traveling through.... And ACCIDENTALLY killed someone., would you still feel bad ? would you still say it was kid just being kids ? You can't tell me they didn't know that ppl would be WALKING ON A FREAKING WALKING TRAIL !!

This kinda of spontaneous killing scares me. Like you never know. She was taking pictures of these kids and other students for high school pictures and they just randomly thought/ did.

They knew better and their actions killed someone. Letting them off the hook with 3 years isn’t enough and won’t scare the next juveniles from doing the same. I wish peace for everyone but these kids deserved a whole lot more than 3 years.

It’s awful that this happened. But come on people who hasn’t thrown rocks off a cliff in the woods? Everyone who has grew up in the country or hikes has thrown something from a hill lol. His just hit someone and that sucks. Involuntary manslaughter.

i remember watching the full yt documentary on this. kids knew what they did and tried to hide it every way possible. even their parents tried to cover it up, but the detectives figured it out and charged him with second degree murder i think i remember.

There should be no empathy for these kids! One of my family members was with Victoria when this happened. To this day this sweet girl suffers from what she seen happen that day and the loss of Victoria her friend and teacher and mentor. This case enrages me! On a personal level!
