Unless extreme towing or racing the oil and exhaust temp is already as low as it’s going to be by the time you park and turn it off. Not going get any lower temps by idling

30sec if you driving normal, hard driving couple mins, its called turbo cool down period prevents oil from caking up in the turbo and turbo lines
