yes, same. I ran a business for nearly a decade and the only skill I had was providing beauty services and customer service. I agree with you. I would add to have SOPs, KPIs, etc and to delegate. Just some of the things I wish I had done. but not trusting people with my baby was a thing. I would do it differently today.
