@jaycyj.pov: So I’m back at One Cafe. This location is at Empire Center in Richmond. They specialize in Hong Kong style food and have insanely generous portions with great prices. They have breakfast sets which are amazing and great value, but I’m usually here for the awesome lunch offerings. Currently, I absolutely love this pork chop on fried rice. This was only 16 dollars, included a drink and LOOK AT THAT PORTION. Easily share it with another person. The price is so good and the food really tastes amazing. I highly suggest it!
