@sarajaneho: In Feng Shui a blue bedroom kills romance between couples. Whether that’s using a lot of the color blue or water imagery, too much water energy cools attraction and creates emotional distance. That “calm” feeling can turn into less intimacy and more fights over time. I learned this in my 20s after a break up in Beijing and a Feng Shui master blamed my blue curtains in the bedroom. On the opposite spectrum too much red isn’t good either, because that’s too much fire. You can use blue or red accents (e.g. a pair of matching red doves on the dresser) but stay away from either as a primary color. Stick with earthy colors; metal accents are also good to increase communication. Don’t go using desert imagery either…art is a visual for your future. Desert imagery means you’re lacking abundance.
