She gave more information for officers to get there right away.Assign the call ASAP then go back to ask question .First question should be if he is armed.second is anyone else there besides them 2.If she had a way she would be gone .she trying to escape with safety.

this isn’t the perfect 911 operator response call but it’s not the call the people in the comments are saying it is. it lacks tone but it got the most important information and assured the victim she could stay on the phone and doesn’t have to speak as to not wake the kidnapper. so much “this should be used as what not to do” but not saying why just because you don’t like her tone… while shes managing 25 screens at once
