I just don’t understand the hole in the tape, the whole point is to prevent breathing through your mouth for a deeper sleep. Love the concept of the lip mask, though!

From experience, I wake up with completely hydrated lips when using this. And I’ve used regular mouth tape for years and it doesn’t do that. But if 3M tape works for you, then enjoy!
