I dont remember my first apartment but my current one (first in a new state after 3 months of waiting in a hotel) i cooked salmon, asparagus, baked sweet potato, and some shrimp. I missed having a stove and an oven.

I don’t remember exactly but I do remember being so excited that it was so warm outside in LA in October that I made myself a sandwich and walked across the street to LACMA, sat on a bench, ate my sandwich and soaked in the sun 🥰

Got take out cuz I had no pots or pans or forks or plates or anything i needed to cook at home. But I worked a t a restaurant so I just went back and got basically an employee meal lol first meal in my first home.

Wheeew I'll never forget what I cooked because I had to make plates lol. Crawfish and salmon Alfredo with cheesy garlic bread. Lemon pepper chopped Asparagus and zucchini mix.
