Also those lights could be making it worse because it causes your Brain to stay stimulated. I have been diagnosed with severe insomnia and had to take a sleep therapy class. They recommended me to turn them off and all electronics at least 90 mins before laying down.

Insomnia means your mind is too active. Stay away from mobile and computer 3 hours before bed.

I’ve done this twice my feet feel so much better; but I don’t have 3% hydrogen peroxide I’ve been using 70% isopropyl alcohol. I’ve just put in 1/2 cup hoping that it’s diluted enough?
