I did Naturobest in my first pregnancy & ever natal for my second. I took both 3 months prior to starting trying + Ubiquinol COQ10. Got bloods done and they were all amazing & we fell pregnant first try. (Which I know isn’t always the normal so it’s ok if it doesn’t happen right away.) Hubby took Zinc, Vitamin D & Fish oil 3 months prior to trying too. Just posting this incase it helps someone. X

I used evernatal before pregnancy but there’s no way I can put them anywhere near my mouth or nose now I’m pregnant the smell and taste is too much!

My doctor recommended elevit and it makes me feel so sick. Originally I purchased Naternal and she didnt say don’t take it but just recommended elevit instead. I’m not going to repurchase elevit. I have 3 bottles of naternal to get through. It has choline to which is apparently great. Also I have low ferritin which is probably why she recommended elevit but I’ll just take iron on the side.
