They did this exact thing in the rain I was driving in the left lane passing lane he pulled me over for being in the passing lane (i was the only one on the highway it was late at night) I told him the reason I was in the left lane is bc it’s rut season and the deer are out he said he was just going to give me a warning then proceeded to ask several times to search my car I said no the he said to wait by his cruiser so he can k9 search it. 1 day later I’m in the right lane heading to work at night I hit a deer totaled my car out.
