Here are the rules. Be yourself. It can be unsafe and treacherous. But that’s the only rule. Society may tell you all these rules they made up but they’re lying. The only rule is live in the authenticity of yr being, whatever that means to you. The end.

1986 me would also like a copy of those rules. I'd still break every single one of them, but it would have saved me so much time and so many tears to not have to figure out the myriad of ways I would offend people by existing before hand.
