My 21 month old is currently up every night, sometimes for 2 hours at a time, just because he wants to hang out I feel. When I work night shifts and it’s just my husband home, he sleeps through the night. Mama needs her sleep too. Any tips on how to get him to sleep through when I’m home?

How to tell if transition to one nap for 14 month old was too soon? Having split nights for 2-3h awake he is awake screaming for hours in middle of night unless he is playing then he is ok. Shall I try 2 naps and see if nights improve ?

My 5 year old still sleeps at least half of the night, if not the whole night, my husband's and my bed. Is this the same thing? she wakes up every night like clockwork at the same time, as if she's not already in our bed, she climbs in with us. she used to sleep in her own bed all night, but we went backwards 2 years ago.

Do you ever suggest adding a bridge nap at the end of the day to help extend the wake window before an 8:30 bedtime? I currently have a 22 week old that struggles to make it past 7:30.

i have twins. b/g. 11 months today. we just went thru seperation anxiety but seem to be over it finally after close to 17 days and nights. however our son is miserable at sleeping. he wakes up at leasg 3 times a night, groaning, soemtimes wakes himself up, but just lays there screaming till we come get.him, and even then that isnt a gaurentee his screaming will stop. sometimes its 2 minutes of rocking, sometimes Hours! and a bottle and another hour to two of rocking.its literally killing me from stress and lack of sleep and taking a toll on my marriage. help!

I followed(ish) your suggestions for sleep training my 9 month old but he cries for 30-90 seconds after I put him in the crib every time before he either lays down to sleep or stands around in his crib for a few minutes. Any suggestions or is that normal? I hate hearing him cry.

Help pleeeeease! My 5 month old is waking hourly at night 😭 (been 7 weeks of this) bed sharing with her (as of the last week. She was in her own bed right next to me before) more than happy to give her all the loves, just wish she’d have longer stretches 🥺😂 wake windows are 2hrs15mins. advice pleeeease!
