let's say bag is harvested 1st time, could you then put it in a tub broken up for your second flush or just keep it a cube in the bag? I was just thinking of I broke it up and made a thinner layer it would give what's on the inside and bottom a chance. I'm new so I'm just learning to understand how this works.

The way I typically do it, unless you are battling gnats. Covering bags with nylons is way easier. So standard answer if it depends on your needs and likes.

I take the AIO bag thru full colonization and when ready to introduce fruiting conditions I remove from the bag and into bins, seems to work well.
