every once in a while when i turn my wheel it gives an ugly THcUNK. like it doesnt effect my steering but it is an ugly noise

I keep hearing a clunk noise coming from the back when I go easily over speed bumps and I hear on the drivers side a noise that sounds like plastic fluttering.

I heard a whining nose that only happens when I accelerate not at idle. It gets louder the higher the rpm’s get I thought it was my power steering belt going back then thought maybe my belt tensioner but now I think it’s my torque converter

I drive a 2015 Chevy Equinox that outer tie rod sound matches what im hearing but I only hear when I'm driving at high speeds on the highway. Don't laugh I know nothing about cars how severe is that????

When I turn the steering wheel to the right, it makes a ‘tak’ noise. It happens both while driving and when the car is stationary. Even when I turn it slightly to the right, it makes that sound once
