@tara.cooks: One pan Butter chicken curry recipe 🍗 quick and simple dinner ready in only 30 minutes RECIPE: Ingredients 900 g chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces Salt 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp garam masala Ghee Sauce 2–3 onions, chopped 8–10 fresh tomatoes 1 tin chopped tomatoes 5–6 cashew nuts 2 bay leaves 1 tsp chilli powder Double cream Butter Method: Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add chicken and season straight in the pan. Cook until golden, then remove and set aside. Add more ghee to the same pan. Add onions and cook until soft. Add fresh tomatoes, tinned tomatoes, cashews, bay leaves, and chilli powder. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until soft. Remove bay leaves. Blend until smooth. Strain if you want it extra creamy. Return to low heat. Add double cream and chicken. Finish with butter and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice or naan.
