@bluetsunami2026: RAGTIME the Musical! I can't believe it has been over 15 years since I've seen this show and I don't know why the recording is not a consistent rotation on one of my playlists. Watching it again, I forgot how powerful and extraordinary a show can hit you right in the heart and the gut. It is so sad that it's still relevant today with the discord that's happening in this country/world especially when down the street you have CHESS the Musical playing which is also sadly a current state of affairs as well. Putting that aside, we are talking riveting vocals which are spine tingling, a huge talented cast who's acting draws you into their core, opulent sweeping sets, a score to die for, and less not forget a 28 band orchestra, this is one I won't forget again especially with this ridiculous cast: Joshua Henry as Coalhouse Walker Jr., Caissie Levy as Mother, Brandon Uranowitz as Tateh, Colin Donnell as Father, Nichelle Lewis as Sarah. This is the first number "Ragtime" revealing the whole great cast and sorry for the sloppy camerawork, i was too enthralled. There won't be many posts from this show.
