I bought this… I’m 58. I have under eye dark circles and mature skin 😂. I find that if I use it sparingly right in the corner of my eye, next to my nose, and blend it with my finger then it definitely helps.

I don’t know about using that brush on your lower lid. The skin there is very thin, brushing it back-and-forth looks kind of rough.
