Syrian rue is missing tetrahydraharmine. That is huge component of the healing and experience. It’s responsible for the rapid neorogenesis that happens from aya. You can extract harmine and harmaline from Syrian rue and convert some to tetrahydraharmine but most folks won’t do it. The experience will be very different without the tetrahydraharmine
