nice! you can also preserve the blended ginger in honey! 🍯 enzymes from honey & ginger break down to make the nutrients more accessible! 🍯 keeps the ginger fresh without depleting nutrients 🍯 never goes bad, in fact keeps getting better as long as you keep the utensils + jar clean! 🍯 if you run out of ginger, you can make tea with the honey! 🖤(I boil the utensils & steam glass jars by pouring a teeeny bit of hot water in & close the lid, letting it fog up.)

I do this too! Thank you for the blender tip, I still be slicing mine🤣 I freeze the contracted liquid in an ice tray so all I have to do is take a few cubes out then pour hot water over it!
