I agree! I’m a retired LPC with Fibromyalgia, ADHD and PTSD and Insulin Resistance. I’m 68 and if I don’t make the gym a priority, at least 3 x per week, I wake up feeling like I’ve been in a car wreck. I. need that dopamine boost!
