@dana_conway: Nothing compares to a cuddle from me…but this comes close😏 Welcome back to “Single, but cooking like someone’s falling for me tonight.” Who’s hungry?👀 Chocolate Orange Sourdough Bread Pudding (Deep 10-inch cake tin) Ingredients • 900g sourdough loaf, cut into chunks • 600ml double cream • 400ml whole milk • 5 large eggs • 3 egg yolks • 180g caster sugar • 60g soft dark brown sugar • 30g cocoa powder • Zest of 2 oranges • 1½ tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp fine sea salt • 200g Cadbury Chocolate Orange buttons • 100g chocolate chips • Optional: 2 tbsp orange liqueur or orange juice Method 1. Cut sourdough into chunks 2. Whisk eggs, yolks, sugars, cocoa, zest, vanilla, and salt. 3. Heat cream and milk, then whisk into egg mix (add liqueur if using). 4. Layer bread and chocolate in a lined 10-inch tin; pour over custard and press gently. 5. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge. 6. Wrap tin in foil, place in a water bath, and bake at 160°C fan for 1 hour 10 minutes. 7. Cool, then chill before slicing. #whoshungry
