Just got done Cold calling today. I definitely would advise Cold calling locally it gives you an advantage if you add that your local in your script somewhere. I will say cold calling is kind of dead in a way that business is really it’s a love or hate. A lot of guys find a disrespectful and very, very annoying these days and it’s getting worse as time goes on. But you gotta do what you gotta do to get up off the ground and start running advertisements.
