Judge Holden does evil for the sake of evil, am does evil for revenge and the qu do it because they believe it’s their purpose. Am and the qu only seem more evil because they’re more capable, if judge Holden had their power he’d do a hell of a lot worse.

ngl, Judge is honeslty the most evil here. Because he knows what he's doing. He is actually really one of the most intelligent antagonist of all time. Atleast The Qu and The AM are not humans and they dont feel the same way. These two have atleast a goal, Judge has no goal. Just pure evil and chaotic.

Judge Holden > Am. Am is created evil with no freedom and trap in a machine and has reason to hate humanity and torture them for eternity while Judge Holden is already free, understand morality, no backstory or grudges, no grand goal and still chose Destruction just for fun

all of these characters have atleast some kind of excuse, the qu belive they are the masters of the universe and its ingrained in their culture to do what they do. AM is broken, he has all the knowledge in the world but unable to experience anything so he grows to hate his creators and that just gross over time. but judge holden he is pure evil, he has no reason to do what he does he just does it because he can, the judge is the most evil vilian in fiction.
