I nearly didn’t post this. This started as a normal try-on haul… and ended with me genuinely trying not to cry. 🥺 I’m 8 months postpartum, with a fuller chest than I’ve ever had, a body that’s changed twice in two years, and honestly… I have absolutely NO idea how to dress myself anymore. Nothing feels right. Nothing looks how I imagined it would. I keep reaching for oversized/baggy clothes because they feel safe, but then I don’t feel like me in them either. And I’m SO bored of feeling like I have to hide my body. I want to wear colour. I want to feel feminine. I want to put an outfit on and actually think I look good again. But right now? I just feel completely lost. And I know I cannot be the only woman feeling like this. Maybe you’re a mum trying to find your style again after having babies. Maybe your body has changed and your wardrobe hasn’t caught up. Maybe you’re fuller-chested and spend your life trying to disguise it. Maybe you’re in your 20s, 30s, 40s… and suddenly have no idea what suits you anymore. Or maybe you’ve just reached that point where you’re DONE with trying to look nice because getting dressed feels like another thing to feel bad about. So I’ve decided I’m turning this into a mission. 🫶🏼 I’m going to figure this out. I’m going to find clothes that actually work for my body now. Learn how to style a fuller chest. Experiment with colour. Try things I’d normally avoid. And hopefully, somewhere along the way, find a little bit of me again. And I want you to come with me. Because maybe we can figure it out together. 🤍 So if any of this sounds like you, follow along with my Becoming Me era — because this is only the beginning.
