I was in this group psychic reading and my grandma came through and she said you are breaking generation curses and generational trauma and you are healing us, your ancestors, when you are doing this. I literally had that thought about 3 weeks before that, like why am I even doing this!?!? It's so hard and I don't have kids, what's the point of breaking this cycle. So just keep going, I am a warrior I had this meditation in 2020 before COVID, I was a warrior in another earth, on another planet, I was a dude, humble, strong, a leader and confident. Part of a team. It was wild.

Narcissistic abuse from parent nearly broke me. Im definitely a cycle breaker as its generational trauma my mother, grandparent & great grandparent. I see it all stopped with me. It’s not been easy. I have healthy relationships with my children, trying to heal with my siblings. Firm boundaries with parent.

this is so true!! 150% relate to this! i am a mega empath and learnt to adapt i have also learnt to cut off toxic people, aswel as reject projection and gaslighting. my mental health is the best its ever been! boundries are essential 😘

I’ve always put up with family blame alone - feeling that they were right, but now my oldest sister has seen it from her side (she lost her husband and experienced awful behaviour). I supported her and she understood why I had distanced myself. I see the family patterns and will not tolerate it any more - I stand up for myself proudly and will not be pushed around any longer. The previous family pattern from some members (namely my parents) was to put their head in the sand and pretend it wasn’t happening. “they didn’t mean it””get a sense of humour” after relentless harrassment. No more - I’m a warrior!!!
