I love a good mash potato. Even got myself a potato ricer for the smoothest mash. I use full far cream and butter with lots of salt in my mash as a base. Mash needs it's fats.

You need to try one of our most traditional dishes. Bangers and mash. Sausages. Onion gravy. Nice big chunks. With petite pois!! Yum 😂

in northern Ireland, where I live, you can buy 2 servings mashed potato for 1-3 pounds. I usually buy it and the texture is more even than I would do myself
