I have Lupus SLE, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s and just diagnosed with Raynaulds.. according to my Rheumatologist and Endocrinologist, once you get one autoimmune they just keep piggyback on top of each other. It’s the most miserable life.

I have hashimotos and pcos as well. I literally haven’t left my bed in days. I’m so tired of being tired. I’m exhausted no matter how much I sleep. I’m miserable. I’m taking Levi thyroxine but it does nothing for my symptoms. Seriously MISERABLE!!

I have Hashimotos and it has been a struggle. The fatigue is horrible. I am trying Ms.Lizzy but it’s not helping. You talked about inflammation but what else has it helped with? Has it helped with fatigue or with weight?My two biggest struggles and I am gluten free.

I have Fibromyalgia, MCAS, and severe PFS in my knees. I have stopped eating meat to help me with my inflammation, which I sometimes hate. My doctors took me off gluten (obvious, right) and a FODMAP diet. Let me take. look into this because you know we will try anything to live "a normal life".😮💨
