Divide the shredded mozzarella evenly into six small bowls. Add a different food coloring to each bowl and mix until the cheese is fully coated. 2. Spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread mayo-side down in a cold pan. 3. Arrange the colored cheeses on the bread in rainbow order, then once melted, flip together with the second slice of bread, mayo-side facing up. 4. Cook over medium-low heat until the bread is golden and the cheese is fully melted, flipping carefully halfway through. 5. Slice, pull apart for that rainbow reveal, and enjoy this cheesy throwback straight out of 2016! 🌈🧀
