I’m going to try to get passport but I think it will be difficult . I have one grandparent from Chios and one from Cyprus. They both passed many years ago and I don’t have their birth certificates.

August in Greece? Just so you know, everybody is on holiday in August, quite a difficult time to come settle if you need paperwork done. June is a good idea for apartment hunting.

that is wild, because I got my Cypriot passport send to me to DC when I lived in US. They have changed the rulers now & it's a lot harder. I am back in Cyprus now & most likely you will get it 6-8 months at least because things move here super slow.
