finally only use a scalp serum an wash your hair frequently leaving it more that a day will cause irritation in the long run from experience, I now wash daily or every other if it feels good. Since doing so scalp health is brilliant hair is now down my back an the shine an management of the hair is way less trouble

Oiling is necessary for hair growth and is practiced for millennia. I don't know why he's against the tested and trusted method of hair growth. Maybe he's selling something as doctors are the sales representatives of pharmaceutical companies

nobody oils the scalp unless they are doing an oil massage which is only left for a few hours anyways - follow your mother and grandmothers ladies who had luscious hair not advice off of the net!

Honestly I believed all these ridiculous TikToks about ‘hair training’ to stop it becoming greasy and help it grow .. truth is the more frequently I wash my hair the better it looks, feels & damn the GROWTH is *chefs kiss*
