Have you cleaned your bed? You should clean it regularly. Use dish soap then isopropyl to remove residue and don't touch it with your fingers. Oils prevent good adhesion

Wash the plate with dawn dish soap and a new microfibre cloth - I like to use dawn platinum and alcohol

Check screws on the front AND back of heat block if you haven't recently. Common A1 issue.

clean the plate, make sure it's level then spray with hairspray right before it prints. cheap spray works good and holds the filament in place

I would try raising the nozzle temp 10 degrees and maybe turn off the fan.
the first one you pulled out of the garbage the print came loose from the table.
also change the setting so the nozzle doesn't pass over the print but goes around the print, makes for longer print time though.

Don’t be too quick to blame the printer looks like a bed adhesion issue. Clean the plate literally wash and fully dry. Also make sure your z isn’t too low. And make sure your heat settings are correct for your filament. I always use a layer of hyperlock - a bed adhesive- it’s not necessary at all but it’s a nice insurance policy especially for smaller parts.

That can happen when the print slips from the bed. Check the bed temp and nozzle temp
