Thank you for listening! it's the #1 reason people fall into addiction. It's not worth it and I'm glad you heard us. I hate pharmaceuticals. yes they bring good but also there is such a negative dark side to them.

From personal experience, take as prescribed for the first few days given to you from someone else and after 3 days flush it and take ibuprofen 800mgs until your healed. 👍

The pain medicine will make you feel good and take away the pain which will let you believe that you can go about your day like nothing. DON'T DO THAT! REST AS TOLD BY DOCTORS SO YOU DON'T TAKE MORE PAIN MEDS!

I’ve had 4 back surgeries. Be careful but don’t just be in pain either. Pain is dangerous too.

Get off it as soon as you can and switch to Tylenol and IB profen. I’ve had major surgeries and I’m off them in 24-48 hours. It’s not worth it.

Reminder that if you don’t feel pain…you won’t feel it when you are hurting your back more…sometimes you need to recognize your triggers so you can care for your movements better.

this is good. growing up with an ER nurse mom, I was always told to ONLY take whatever pain meds you're given if you're in severe pain. If you are able to stand it without the pills, it's better to do that after the 1st day or so.

Hey Josh, hope you're feeling better dude. Remember, America is still America. It's easy to romanticize it but we have some very big problems here and unfortunately drugs are one of the worse. A big amount of addicts become addicts from prescription medication. I love that you love America but just be catious of everything. God bless 🙏🏼

My son, at 17, got in a horrible wreck and had to have shoulder surgery (just 1 of his injuries) and they prescribed him OXYs! He was so afraid of becoming addicted that he had ME hold them and only give them to him at the written intervals, and he insisted on only taking them for 3 days, then relying only on medical pot and Motrin after that! Be careful sweetie!!

heads up to make sure you keep up on fluids. if they gave you high test meds they can bind you up.
