I feel like my manager is targeting me and creating a hostile work environment. He claimed that I refused to work, which I never said, and that false statement could have gotten me in serious trouble. I was also sent home without pay because of another employee’s statement that was not accurate. I don’t understand how someone else’s statement was accepted over mine without a fair review. On top of that, the boss above my manager asked me personal questions after giving him a answer which made me uncomfortable. Other employees have even told me they notice the difference in how I’m treated compared to them. I would like this situation looked into because I feel I am being treated unfairly.

Creating a hostile work environment is creating an unsafe workplace for an employee it doesn’t have to be based on race or any what you mentioned it can be because someone is harassing someone and creating that environment

what if they are only as ass to me and it inhibits my ability to do work due to them withholding information paired with belittling me and snapping at me and continuing to leave me out of important conversations or activities? but hasn't like SH me or physically intimated me. hes just much more aggressive of a man paired with disliking me and it is impacting my ability to do my job?

What if, you’re boss gives you permission to adjust your salary hours so you can work later and use less pto for an unexpected day off but then tells lots of people in the facility that they were blindsided when they saw my time sheet and I’m nickel and diming the facility. But then they go and they change your already submitted time sheet and take pay away from you and you don’t know until you get your paycheck? Does that count?
