How good does loose foundation powder go over it? I’ve used the, Peter Thomas Roth, for 4 yrs and no matter how less I use, it causes my powder to look different colors from where I put it under my eyes. It’s a miracle worker for sure or I’d not continue buying 2 tubes a yr lol. Just wish it came with different tints than just clear.
