I’ve seen a lot of negativity and I truly just don’t understand why people care enough to have negative feelings about it. They have another healthy baby. Congrats to them. Love that the found a way that works for them.

I believe surrogacy, especially when someone has significant wealth and has already been blessed with biological children, can lean toward a more self-focused choice than adoption. Scripture reminds us that children are a gift from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), not something we’re entitled to pursue at all costs. When God has already given both children and resources, I think His Word points us toward caring for the vulnerable particularly orphans. Just because we can doesn’t always mean we should. I’ve always had a hard time with surrogacy because it often feels transactional, particularly when adoption is a viable option that can give a child an existing home and family. This is my take on it my opinion and because this was an open dialect regarding it that’s the only reason I’m sharing it so nobody come for me please 😂
