This is people unfortunately not paying attention when signing up for products and getting caught paying for something they don’t need to pay for. If you order ink through the app it signs you up for the subscription. You do not need to use the instant ink program. Simple. Buy your HP ink off the app. A million stores and websites sell it. And you can still use the app without paying to print and see ink levels. I use my HP printer everyday and never paid an extra dime.

I got an Epson that does not have cartridges. It has these really cool bottles that insert into a slot and fills the color corresponding tank. It also was pretty affordable at Sam's Club.
