Sounds typical to me for them to underestimate the price. Just get the insurance BS estimate bring it to a shop and they will handle it from there. Insurance will cover what’s need up to a certain point 80% value of the truck no matter what they say their estimate is. But that’s why it’s called an estimate not the max they will pay.

1.swift is self insured. 2. take it to a reputable shop to get a estimate. 3. I had a 2023 get hit by a switch truck in loves trucks stop grand total came out to 27k to fix. they paid for down time just have your revenue lined up to show what you been making if you was rolling etc.
